Two
major women’s soccer events will be hosted on Canadian soil, continuing a

significantly during the decade of the 2000s. The 2015 Women’s World Cup - the
largest single sports event for women in the world - will be played out in six
Host Cities coast to coasts and preceded by the 2014 U-20 Women’s World Cup.
The
six official Host Cities of the 2015 Women’s World Cup are: Edmonton, Alberta;
Moncton, New Brunswick; Montreal, Quebec; Ottawa, Ontario; Vancouver, British
Columbia; and Winnipeg, Manitoba.
